J.O 1946
Created by Olivier and Céline, J.O 1946 is the result of two ice cream enthusiasts. They embarked on this adventure to revive recipes dating from 1946 developed by Joseph Risso, he who sold his ice cream in a small trailer on the promenade of Sainte Maxime.
ICE CREAM
Our cones are meticulously rolled and made by a biscuit factory founded in 1925. The crunchiness and flavor of this biscuit go perfectly with the quality of our ice cream.

HALF LITER OF ICE CREAM
We offer all of our perfumes in half liters with isothermal bags. Share our flavors with family or friends

BUBBLE TEA
Bubble tea is a green tea with flavored Aloe vera, embellished with different fruit pearls to be sucked with a rice straw

J.O 1946 opens its first store in the prestigious port of Saint Tropez and will continue to expand in the most popular places of the French Riviera.


The recipes but also the actions, the maturation times, the quality products will be orchestrated to restore the flavors of the past and the taste of the authentic.
Anxious to
perpetuate and improve, they will offer sorbets exclusively prepared with organic
fruits, without the slightest coloring or preservative.
Everything has been conceived in order to
use eco-responsible products, both on the materials and on the
